American institutional investors are reallocating capital toward XRP ETFs, recording daily net inflows of $5.66 million, while Hyperliquid (HYPE) funds suffered outflows of $698,040 amid Senate progress on the CLARITY Act. This bill, passed by the House of Representatives in July 2025, would transfer oversight of digital commodities to the CFTC while leaving securities-classified tokens under SEC jurisdiction. Prediction markets now estimate the bill’s chances of success at 50% to 70%, with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent describing it as being on the « 1-yard line » before final approval. Ripple’s infrastructure and its newly launched RLUSD stablecoin could benefit from this legal clarity, driving increased transaction activity across the XRPL blockchain. Bitcoin recorded its sixth consecutive day of growth, confirming a broader trend of Wall Street shifting toward regulated assets tied to American jurisdiction.
