Nvidia has announced partnerships with Armenia and Kazakhstan to develop AI infrastructure. Armenia will invest $500 million in a supercomputer exceeding 100 MW scheduled for 2026, while Kazakhstan will build a $10 billion Data Center Valley in Pavlodar with 125 MW capacity and up to 100,000 Nvidia chips including GB300 and future Vera Rubin architectures. Combined investment could reach $10.5 billion. Kazakhstan projects over $3 billion in annual export revenues once operational. Both projects rely on Nvidia’s DSX platform, which provides software and hardware frameworks enabling countries to develop sovereign AI compute capacity without depending entirely on US or Chinese cloud providers.
