The UK-listed Smarter Web Company sold 177.89 bitcoin at an average price of $65,762 to repay its $11.7 million Smarter Convert instrument to TOBAM ahead of schedule. The transaction eliminated a potential issuance of 7,718,551 ordinary shares. CEO Andrew Webley stated that fiat or bitcoin-denominated convertible instruments no longer represent the right capital solution for the company. Smarter Web now holds 2,700 bitcoin following the disposal.
