Micron Technology shares erased Thursday’s earlier losses to end slightly positive, even as the memory-chip sector faced selling pressure. MU stock had fallen as much as 5.6% intraday before rebounding. Fellow NAND flash-memory maker Sandisk dropped about 5% following its Wednesday evening earnings report. Western Digital shares were also down. Micron thus outperformed a broader selloff affecting its memory-sector peers.
