A coalition of nine prominent Bitcoin industry players has unveiled a major initiative to bankroll critical security research for the cryptocurrency network. On July 23, Strategy, BlackRock, Coinbase, Galaxy, Fidelity Digital Assets, Anchorage Digital, ARK Invest, Block, and Blockstream revealed the formation of the Bitcoin Security Consortium.
