Lazarus Hacker Group Starts Moving Bitcoin: Analyzing the Pattern

The North Korea-affiliated Lazarus Group transferred 262.2 BTC, approximately $16.6 million, from a Bitcoin address identified as belonging to the group. The funds were divided between two new addresses, with approximately 182.2 BTC and exactly 80 BTC. This operation appears more similar to fund redistribution between new wallets rather than an immediate sale. Bitcoin’s current price stands around $63,800, with resistance levels at $66,600 and $71,900. If the receiving wallets start splitting the Bitcoin further or depositing funds into exchanges, this would indicate a liquidation or money laundering sequence.
