Jack Mallers stepped down as chief executive of Twenty One Capital effective July 20, and the board named director Raphael Zagury as his replacement. Mallers co-founded Twenty One Capital and led the company through its December 2025 debut on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) via a merger with Cantor Equity Partners.
