This position remained stable compared to the first quarter, after a significant 43% reduction that occurred between Q3 2025 and Q1 2026. The university’s endowment had peaked at 6.81 million shares ($442.8 million) in Q3 2025 before trimming the position. Harvard holds no direct exposure to other digital asset products such as Ethereum ETFs, with IBIT representing its entire digital asset allocation. The university ranks among the largest known university endowments holding spot Bitcoin ETFs.
