H100 Expands Bitcoin Holdings to 3,500 BTC Through Norwegian Acquisition

H100 has entered into a letter of intent for the acquisition of two Norwegian entities: Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS. Under the terms of the agreement, H100 will issue new shares in exchange for the bitcoin assets held by both target firms.
