Fidelity plans to add staking and quarterly cash distributions to its Ethereum ETF FETH. The ETF can stake up to 100% of its ETH holdings under normal conditions with no minimum requirement. The fund will retain 85% of gross staking rewards, with the remainder going to sponsors, custodians, and node operators. Net rewards will first cover fund expenses, with the remainder distributed quarterly in cash. FETH manages nearly $900 million in assets, compared to $5.6 billion for BlackRock’s leading fund.
