Harry Chun Tak Yeh, founder of crypto hedge fund Quantum Fintech Group, was found dead in Paraguay after falling from his luxury 30th-floor apartment. His naked body was covered by a black plastic bag. Police discovered his ransacked apartment with the door wide open and no one else present. Yeh made his fortune investing in BTC in 2013 when it was worth roughly $60, then founded Quantum Fintech Group in 2020 claiming to manage over $2 billion in funds. Police are currently investigating whether his death was an accident, suicide, or a potential murder.
