BTC USD Price Prediction: Can Bitcoin Hold $64,000 Before Wednesday’s CPI Data Drop?

Share

Bitcoin (BTC/USD) is trading at $64,950, up 0.2% on the day, after briefly punching through $65,400 on August 10. The US economy shed 23,000 nonfarm jobs in July and revised down 103,000 positions in May and June, supporting a nearly 2% Bitcoin rebound that still struggles to convert $65,000 into solid support. Spot ETFs recorded $854 million in net inflows between August 3-7, with roughly $694 million going to BlackRock’s IBIT alone. The next macro catalyst arrives Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. ET with the July CPI release, in a support range of $64,700-$64,800 and resistance stacked at $65,300-$66,300. With a market cap exceeding $1.3 trillion, a move to $67,000 represents only a 3% gain, pushing some traders to rotate capital into Bitcoin’s infrastructure ecosystem.
