AI² Robotics, a Shenzhen-based startup founded in April 2023, is preparing a Hong Kong IPO with a valuation of roughly $3 billion. The company has raised over $890 million in total funding, including $735 to $738 million in June 2026, pushing its valuation to $2.8 to $3 billion. It manufactures wheeled humanoid robots called AlphaBot and the Alpha Brain VLA AI model for industrial environments such as factories and manufacturing lines. A major contract with HKC Corporation calls for the delivery of over 1,000 robots over three years. AI² Robotics completed a joint-stock reform in April 2026, a procedural step widely seen as a precursor to filing for an IPO.
