Bitcoin treasury holder CIMG Inc. said on Aug. 13 it needs to raise capital immediately despite holding 1,145.4 BTC valued at $67.19 million as of June 30. The company had only $5,397 in cash and $1.87 million in current assets against $9.25 million in current liabilities, creating a $7.38 million working-capital deficit. Operations consumed $10.35 million in cash over nine months while losses widened to $45.36 million. Management may sell Bitcoin but has no insurance, no independent third-party verification of holdings, and no formal active-trading or monetization policy. Without new financing, the company’s ability to continue as a going concern remains in doubt.
