The firm disclosed ownership of 1,282,636 shares valued at roughly $160 million as of March 31, per a 13F filing dated May 15, 2026. Institutional investors collectively boosted their MSTR positions by approximately $4.6 billion during Q1 2026, a 27% jump. Led by Executive Chairman Michael Saylor, Strategy sold $748 million worth of common stock in a single week in December 2025 to bolster its cash reserves while maintaining its Bitcoin stockpile.
