Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) disclosed a holding of 100,000 SpaceX shares as of June 30, 2026. The pension fund, which manages C$321 billion (approximately $230 billion) in assets, made a modest investment compared to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, which holds approximately 50.7 million shares valued at around $8.7 billion. SpaceX’s IPO in June 2026 became the largest in history, pushing the company’s market capitalization above $2 trillion on its first day of trading. The offering made SpaceX suddenly accessible to institutional investors worldwide.
