This gathering continues a series of outreach efforts launched by the White House Crypto Policy Council starting in late January, which previously covered market structure legislation and stablecoin management in February. Prediction market platforms like Polymarket and Kalshi, operating in a regulatory gray zone, are now being included alongside crypto firms in high-level policy discussions. A proposal from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to regulate these platforms has been under White House review since May. The administration aims to make the US the global hub for digital assets.
