SanDisk rallies 16% on AI memory growth outlook

SanDisk shares surged 16% after the company outlined long-term growth prospects built on three pillars: artificial intelligence demand, NAND flash technology advances, and an expanding enterprise storage business. Since its spin-off from Western Digital, SanDisk’s stock has gained more than 5,900%. Analysts forecast memory supply will remain tight through at least 2030, granting manufacturers pricing power. The company reported revenue of $8.97 billion in fiscal Q3 2026, with NAND-based products, particularly enterprise SSDs for data centers, driving the upside.
