SanDisk has secured nearly $94 billion in contracted revenue from just eight customers committing to purchase storage chips over several years. This amount represents minimum contracted revenue at floor pricing across ten New Business Model agreements, covering more than half of expected bit shipments for fiscal 2027 and approximately two-thirds for fiscal 2028. The company reported $8.97 billion in revenue for fiscal Q4 2026, a 51% sequential increase, with gross margins of 84.6%. Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue reached $20.25 billion, representing 175% year-over-year growth. Led by CEO David V. Goeckeler and CFO Luis Visoso, this long-term contract strategy with floor pricing trades some upside potential for downside protection in a market shaped by AI-driven demand.
