Securitize reported a record 4.3 billion dollars in average tokenized assets under management for the second quarter, up 16% year over year, but revenue fell 5% to 14.4 million dollars and its net loss widened to 21.7 million dollars in its first results released after going public. Tokenization revenue declined even as assets and transaction activity rose, with aggregate transaction volume reaching 5.3 billion dollars, up 147% year over year. Total operating costs surged 56% to 24.1 million dollars and the operating loss widened to 9.7 million dollars. Shares dropped about 16% in after-hours trading to 6.61 dollars. After its combination with Cantor Equity Partners II on July 1, the company has about 350 million dollars in cash and no debt.
