Bitcoiner Mow Says BIP-110 Uproar Could Have Been Avoided

He emphasizes that the OP_RETURN debate hinges on the fundamental distinction between a default policy setting and a consensus rule. A new Bitcoin fork created in this context recently failed due to extremely low adoption.
