MoneyGram has launched its Ramps service on the Solana blockchain, giving developers a direct bridge between stablecoins and cash in over 170 countries. This infrastructure allows applications built on Solana to offer conversions between digital assets and local currency without building their own infrastructure, with MoneyGram handling compliance, identity verification and settlement. The Solana blockchain shows a TVL of 4.84 billion dollars and a DEX volume of 1.65 billion dollars over 24 hours, while SOL trades around 75.96 dollars. MoneyGram had previously become a validator of Solana in June and launched MGUSD, its own dollar-pegged stablecoin.
