Global AI raises $441M in debt financing led by JPMorgan as data center buildout accelerates

Global AI has secured $441 million in debt financing from JPMorgan Chase to accelerate its expansion of AI data centers across the US. The company, which positions itself as the world’s first Sovereign AI Hyperscaler, focuses on air-gapped GPU data centers physically isolated from external networks using NVIDIA technology. It recently acquired 438 acres near Windsor, Colorado, for $15.6 million as part of its US expansion strategy. JPMorgan projects global spending on AI and data center infrastructure will exceed $5 trillion by 2030, with annual funding requirements projected at roughly $700 billion by 2026. Global AI has also announced a strategic partnership with HUMAIN, an entity with connections to Saudi Arabia.
