Empery Digital sold 1,635 BTC for $102.2 million from July 1 through Aug. 6, leaving it with 1,279 BTC. Of that total, 954 BTC was pledged as collateral against $35 million of debt, leaving only 325 BTC freely available, down from 1,375 at June 30. The company had already sold 1,167 BTC in the first half to fund $54 million in share repurchases and $60 million in debt repayments. A potential $62.1 million property acquisition commitment and a $5.7 million working-capital deficit add further pressure on its treasury. Management listed Bitcoin sales as one of several possible funding sources, without certainty of execution.
