Goldman Sachs has disclosed a 7.2% passive ownership stake in Nebius Group, the AI infrastructure company formerly known as Yandex, according to an SEC filing as of June 30, 2026. The New York-based bank has been advising Nebius as exclusive financial advisor since October 2024 and helped structure a $775 million secured debt financing completed in July 2026. Nebius completed one of the most dramatic corporate makeovers in recent tech history, selling its Russian operations for $5.4 billion in 2024 before pivoting to GPU cloud infrastructure for AI workloads. In Q1 2026, the company posted revenue of $399 million, representing 684% growth year-over-year. Goldman analysts maintain a Buy rating on NBIS shares with price targets ranging between $205 and $286.
