Hyperscale Data sells 100 BTC to fund Michigan AI data center

Hyperscale Data, formerly known as Ault Alliance, sold approximately 100 BTC and secured a Bitcoin-backed credit facility to fund construction of a Michigan AI campus. The variable interest rate on this credit facility is expected to range from about 4.5% to 5.0%. The campus will support a 10-year master services agreement with an unnamed AI infrastructure provider, initially offering about 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity. The agreement is expected to generate more than $1.2 billion in revenue, with potential total contract value exceeding $3 billion if extensions are exercised. The company still holds approximately 1,006 BTC, ranking as the 44th largest public corporate Bitcoin holder.
