Wavebridge signs MOU with Jito Foundation to bring JitoSOL institutional products to South Korea

Wavebridge, a Seoul-based Virtual Asset Service Provider, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Jito Foundation to develop JitoSOL-based institutional products specifically designed for the South Korean market. Wavebridge will handle custody, product structuring, and distribution, while the Jito Foundation will provide technical guidance on staking mechanics and reward structures. Over 14 million SOL have been deposited into the JitoSOL protocol, making it the dominant liquid staking option on Solana. The two organizations plan to publish a joint research note on domestic digital asset ETFs, in collaboration with Hanwha Asset Management. This initiative comes as Korean institutions face real challenges around custody interoperability and regulatory clarity on staking yields.
