Investors turn to Bitcoin amid fears of US dollar devaluation

The US federal debt reached $39.7 trillion on July 25, growing at roughly $7 billion per day. The debt-to-GDP ratio has surpassed 120% with fiscal deficits projected to reach $1.9 trillion for fiscal year 2026. Bitcoin, trading around $65,000 in a range between $64,800 and $65,500, is attracting investors betting on limited supply against unchecked money printing. Institutional holders have begun treating Bitcoin as treasury reserves. Strategists note that limited-supply assets become more attractive as public debt accelerates, with no politically viable path in sight to address the fiscal imbalances.
