Donald Trump Jr. responded to questions about his father’s financial disclosure, which revealed 57.35 million dollars in income from World Liberty Financial, their cryptocurrency venture launched in September 2024. The funds are held in a revocable trust managed by Donald Trump Jr. and his brother Eric, while the president is listed as co-founder emeritus. The family is set to receive up to 75% of net proceeds from WLF token sales and stablecoin profits. According to a subsequent financial disclosure published around June 2026, WLF token sales generated over 500 million dollars, and the $TRUMP meme coin brought in roughly 635 million dollars, bringing total crypto income to over 1.2 billion dollars. This represents one of the largest financial entanglements between a sitting president and any single industry in modern American history.
