This offering represents the largest IPO in mainland China since Agricultural Bank of China in 2010, and the biggest in Asia this year. The company’s valuation stands at approximately 579 billion yuan ($85 billion), with a 7.7% share of the global DRAM market. The firm reported revenue of 50.8 billion yuan in Q1 2026, up more than 700% year-over-year, driven by rising DRAM prices and surging demand from AI workloads.
