Three major crypto advocacy groups — the Crypto Council for Innovation, the Blockchain Association, and the Digital Chamber — have sent a letter to Senate leaders expressing their support for the latest draft of the Clarity Act. This bill aims to establish the first comprehensive federal consumer protection framework for digital asset markets. Nearly 67 million Americans, or one in four, currently own digital assets. After months of deadlock due to banking concerns over stablecoins and potential yields, Goldman Sachs endorsed the bill this week, and a floor vote is expected.
