Three crypto protocols – AFX Trade, BSquaredNetwork, and Verus – were drained of over $35 million in a 24-hour period, an event the community has dubbed « Hackers Day. » The Arbitrum-based AFX protocol suffered the largest losses at $24.15 million in USDC, followed by Verus with $7.55 million on Ethereum, and BSquaredNetwork with approximately $3.86 million on BNB Chain. The BSquaredNetwork attack caused B2’s price to drop by over 15%. Verus experienced its second exploit in two months, with security experts stating the recent attack exploited the same bridge contract as the previous incident.
