XRP ETFs now hold a record 1.47% of total supply, representing 977.41 million tokens worth $1.04 billion, as institutions front-run the Senate vote on the CLARITY Act before the August 7 recess. Grayscale research head Zach Pandl says Bitcoin has outgrown its four-year halving cycle and now follows Federal Reserve policy rather than the miners’ calendar, with the next catalyst being the July 28-29 Fed meeting. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a seven-day inflow streak totaling $1 billion, while Kazakhstan launched state-backed mining and Circle integrated USDC with 20 million users in South Korea via Kakao and Toss.
