Leading researchers and developers of Ethereum welcomed the updated Lean Ethereum roadmap shared by co-founder Vitalik Buterin, though they agreed that the greatest challenge will not be defining what to build, but how fast to get there. The document proposes deep changes across nearly all of the network’s core components: greater speed, lower operational costs, enhanced privacy and resistance to quantum computers.
