Inveniam Capital Partners plans to acquire MANTRA and affiliated entities after making a $20 million strategic investment in August 2025. MANTRA’s brand, team, chain, native gas token, MANTRA Finance, and mantraUSD are expected to continue operating under Inveniam ownership.
