Lookonchain said that an Ethereum ICO participant identified as 0xd64A sold 11,552 ETH worth $23.42 million at an average price of $2,027 within the past hour. The tracker said the wallet traces back to Ethereum’s ICO, where the holder spent about $12,000 to acquire 38,800 ETH at $0.31.
